FOSSASIA Summit 2026

Goal: Build context with the FOSSASIA community before the GSoC coding period.

Community Context

I attended FOSSASIA Summit 2026 in Bangkok from March 3 to 9. This took place during the application-discussion period, before formal GSoC coding began.

Why It Matters

The summit placed the project in its open-source and event-community setting. That context informed the focus on browser-first interpretation for real events and multilingual audiences.
