Work in progress
Eventyay Business: tiers, entitlements, and subscriptions.
What is taking shape
The Eventyay Business plugin introduces versioned tiers with draft, published, and archived states; multi-currency monthly and annual prices; and typed feature entitlements. New organizers can receive a default Free subscription, while the organizer dashboard resolves the effective plan and its capabilities.
The capability registry currently defines 13 standard capabilities across video, email, organization, API, commerce, registration, and support. Usage records are idempotent so metering activity has an audit trail.
Deliberately marked incomplete
Stripe identifiers and overage fields exist in the data model, but payment webhooks, charging, upgrades, downgrades, proration, real-time capacity enforcement, and organizer-facing usage analytics are not yet wired. This work is presented as active implementation, not a completed billing system.
